High School Diaries: Teen Angst

Okay. I'm sorry I dropped off the planet for a while. I was busy with other just-as-important things.

There are only three periods in a woman's life where she can blame stupid behavior on hormones. Puberty, Pregnancy and Menopause. The last being a technicality since well, the problem lies in not having any hormones.

For now, let's venture into the exciting world of Farina's Adolescence.

About Maria Mercedes. I am so glad yet pissed at the same time... Why did they have to come up with the silly notion to make Mercedes appear INSANE and put her in a sanitarium in the first place?!

P.S.
Damn the director! (I take it back.)
I have only ever watched one Mexican telenovela but I was crazy about it. It shames me to know that I still remember the names of the characters. Luis, Malvina, Mystika... dear God.

If I meet Neil Patrick Harris right now, I'd probably gawk and stare at him for the next hour or so. Maybe comment on his outstanding performance on Doogie Howser, M.D. and how he changed my life and all that crap.
Could I be any more of a dork? And the sad thing is, this is probably still half true today. (I'll probably gawk and stare for a good 30 minutes, tops.)

Teacher Nene won't let me take a special test. So does [sic] Teacher Rose. They said my excuse wasn't valid. Well, excuse my butt! They should be burned at stake and pulverized.
Most, if not all, high schoolers have gone through an I-curse-authority stage but this one was perfectly valid. I missed an exam because I had to go attend a funeral (I think) somewhere in Dapitan and we stayed at a beach resort (Dakak) instead of at a hotel. My teachers wouldn't let me take a special exam because they said that all I did was go on a vacation. Well, excuse me! I am so sorry for contriving to have someone die and be buried in Dapitan so I could go stay at Dakak!

I thought I was over Much Ado About Nothing and Flower Drum Song but I realized I'm in denial. I really, really want to watch the 2 films. I have to borrow it from Sir Ralph. It's IMPERATIVE.
Whoever heard of someone in denial over wanting to watch a movie? (Still love those movies, by the way.)

NOTE: You know, somebody stole my fan.
Great. Dorky and suspicious.

Well, that's the end of it. I mean, there's more but I'm not putting it here!
